The Work

Eight ways
we work the land.

From a half-day fence-line tidy to a season of native restoration on a ridge — same posi-track, same standard.

01

Forestry Mulching

Lantana, wattle regrowth, scrub & trees up to 200mm. Mulched on the ground in one pass.

Posi-track + Fecon
02

Slashing

Paddocks, lots, regrowth tracks. Anything up to about 1.5m of grass and light scrub.

1.8m head
03

Land Clearing

Overgrown blocks, view-line restoration, regrowth knockdown. We map what stays first.

Mulcher + excavator
04

Excavation

Pad prep, drainage, batters, dam tidy-ups. Tight access where the posi-track helps.

Excavator
05

Hydro Seeding

Native and pasture-mix slurry direct onto cleared ground. Cover back fast.

Native + pasture
06

Environmental Work

Hydro Seeding

We hydroseed too.

Big paddocks, slopes, vineyards, orchards. We pump native or pasture-mix slurry direct onto cleared and prepared ground — gets the cover back fast and stops the topsoil walking off. The teal you see in the tank is real, and so is the work.

"We had Gold Class clear out the lantana that was taking over abandoned pastures on our farm in northern NSW — the result was brilliant. We wanted regenerating natives retained, and they surgically worked around the natives. Now we have excellent native regeneration coming through."

FAQ

Six things
worth knowing.

Do you preserve regenerating natives?
Yes — that's the work. We map what stays before we start, and the mulcher works around the trees coming back. Most of our jobs are native-retention briefs from owners who want lantana, wattle regrowth or invasive scrub gone without losing the regenerating eucalypts, lillipillies or rainforest pioneers underneath.
Will you travel to northern NSW?
Yes — regularly. We work farms across the Tweed Valley and into Kyogle, and have done lantana-clearing jobs as far south as the Northern Rivers. Travel is quoted with the job.
Will you do small jobs — fence lines, single hedges?
Yes. A fence-line clear is often a half-day job. Native hedge planting (Lilly Pilly, lomandra, callistemon — same as our Canungra job) is a regular service. Send a photo and we'll quote.
What's the difference between slashing and forestry mulching?
Slashing cuts grass and light scrub up to about 1.5 metres, fast, with a slasher head — ideal for paddock maintenance. Forestry mulching takes lantana, wattle regrowth and small trees up to about 200mm and turns them into mulch on the ground in one pass — ideal for opening overgrown blocks or restoring pasture.
Can you work on steep blocks?
Yes — the posi-track tracks distribute load and we work to slope per OH&S. Mount Nathan, Beechmont, Tamborine Mountain, Springbrook — done regularly. Send photos including the angle and we'll tell you what's safe.
Are you insured?
Yes — public liability insurance and a registered ABN (49 669 793 597). Insurance certificates available on request before the job starts.
